At the Italian Academy at Columbia, Ekmeles will join Red Light New Music for the staged premiere of Christopher Cerrone‘s opera Invisible Cities, based on the novel by Italo Calvino.

The principal cast includes close friends, colleagues, and members of Ekmeles: Joshua Copeland as Kublai Khan, James Benjamin Rodgers as Marco Polo, Mellissa Hughes, and Rachel Calloway.
